We hereby submit specifications and estimates for: Furnish labor, material, and equipment to paint the interior walls and ceilings of the entire 2,000 sq. ft. interior of above listed residence as follows: Paint all walls with customers choice color in either eggshell or satin finish Glidden Premium or Duo paint. The Duo to be used for more strong colors needing better covering properties Some wall repairs to be made: spackling of bad seams and holes etc. Some caulking to be applied in cracked seams of trim etc. The white trim is to be cleaned in dirty spots and touched up with white semi gloss trim paint. Ceilings: popcorn ceilings to be spray painted with customers choice color, and probably flat finish because that is the most appropriat for ceilings. All of the walls in all rooms and closets are to be cut in by brush and rolled, two coated if need be.
My paint jobs have a 2 year warranty...
We propose hereby to furnish material equipment and labor -- complete in accordance with the above specifications for the sum of:

This was an interior for a fairly large 4 bedroom 2 bathroom 2 car garage house off of Kernan blvd. Some before pictures it had a hideous light blue carpet throughout. Customer was moving from Texas. She had the floors tiled throughout after painting and then I did all of the baseboard after the tile was finished. Painted the popcorn ceilings throughout light blue, spraypainted those. The white woodwork just got touched up. She chose lots of bold colors for the interior rooms. I used some neutral high quality oops paint for the closets and garage to save on material costs while increasing materials quality. Glidden was closing out their line of highest grade interior paint with primer so all of the bold colors were of that material. More lowering costs and raising quality. In the front rec room I added a wall of foot square mirror tiles and put a white frame around them, was an add on job. Painted over wall paper in the master bathroom. Salvaged some mirrored sliding closet doors and put them up on some walls in the house. Customer really likes mirrors. Some later specialty jobs for this coustomer were: installing stereo in music room, installing Anderson storm door on front door, custom shelving in master bath, custom shoe racks in master closet, added on more wireframe shelves in many closets, Privacy drapery in music room entry, wall mount flat screen tv in living room, corner wall mount flat screen tv in music room, remove messy insulation in attic and replace with higher R-value, replace some florida room screens, make a roof for the dogs ouside kennel, put up 4 or 5 ceiling fans, put up some fancy wall mount mirrors with fancy wood frames, cunstructed metal shed in back yard, removed window in back bedroom and replaced with entry door. I did more projects cannot remember all of them. She wanted to build a Gazebo, have not gotten to that one yet...
